The IDF and Shin Bet carried out targeted precision strikes that eliminated Nail Abu Obeid, commander of Hamas's Rafah Brigade and one of the last veteran operational leaders from the October 7 massacre.

Strikes also targeted senior Hamas figures in Rafah, Jabalia, and Khan Younis to dismantle remaining military structures and block the group's efforts to rebuild capabilities.
