Wiz co-founders Ami Rappaport and Costica have agreed to acquire control of Israeli television broadcaster Reshet 13 for $120 million through the Merit Fund.

The Second Authority for Television and Radio has approved the ownership transfer to the pair following their exit from the cybersecurity firm Wiz.
