The Israel Defense Forces has raised its alert level to the highest possible in response to reports of an impending US strike on Iran. Israeli officials are preparing for the possibility of Iranian missile attacks on Israel as American actions intensify.

This does not mean Israel will participate in the US strikes, though air defense systems remain on standby.
