Justice Sonia Sotomayor rejected a request to pause enforcement of a $655 million judgment against the Palestinian Authority. The award compensates U.S. victims of terror attacks that occurred between 2002 and 2004.

The decision permits the payout process to continue without additional Supreme Court intervention.
