Rubio: Progress on opening of Strait of Hormuz in talks with Iran, but nothing final...

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Tuesday that progress has been made in talks with Iran to open the Strait of Hormuz.

Rubio added that nothing is final but expressed hope that an agreement would be signed very soon.
