A US court rejected Palestinian-American businessman Bashar Masri’s request to pause discovery in a lawsuit brought by American victims and relatives of the October 7 attacks.

The plaintiffs accuse Masri and his companies of supporting Hamas through Gaza projects. Masri has denied the allegations.
