Altalena has finally been found...

The Altalena, an Irgun arms ship central to a controversial episode during Israel’s founding, was discovered 20 kilometers off the Israeli coast at a depth exceeding 500 meters.

The vessel had remained underwater for 78 years before its location was confirmed.
