Private equity firm FIMI has offered NIS 200 million for a 50% stake in Maytronics, the Israeli company that produces pool cleaning robots. The transaction values Maytronics at NIS 200 million on a pre-money basis.

The cash injection targets the robotics manufacturer's operations in Israel.
