Shabbat Aliyah: Israeli communities that make aliyah possible come together to honor new olim...
42 congregations across Israel are celebrating Shabbat Aliyah this weekend. The events honor the journeys of new olim and the support provided by local communities.
The gatherings recognize both the immigrants' arrivals and the communal spirit they bring to Israeli society.
