A Jerusalem court is examining a clash inside the Likud party over a narrowly approved rule change that would let serving MKs and ministers run for district slots on the party's Knesset list.

The Likud tribunal struck down the amendment, and the judge is now determining whether the tribunal exceeded its authority in doing so.
