US President Donald Trump has sent a civil nuclear agreement with Saudi Arabia to Congress. He has stated that Saudi Arabia must recognize Israel through the Abraham Accords for the deal to advance.

A US administration official told Reuters that joining the Abraham Accords remains a necessary condition for the agreement to proceed.
