The Reform movement has urged US lawmakers to reject an amendment proposed by Rep. Thomas Massie that would terminate American aid to Israel.

Rabbi Jonah Dov Pesner stated the effort stems from resolute love for the people of Israel and dedication to its democracy and national security.
