According to estimates by the IDF, there are approximately 1,200 Hezbollah militants located south of the Litani River, with the majority situated in the northern part of that region.

Additionally, around 1,300 militants are estimated to be in the area up to the Zahrani River, bringing the total to about 2,500 Hezbollah militants present in the combat zone facing Israel.
