A pedestrian in his 40s was killed after being struck by a vehicle on Highway 25 near the HaNasi Junction in southern Israel.

Magen David Adom teams pronounced the man dead at the scene and evacuated a lightly injured woman to Soroka Hospital in Be'er Sheva.
