Police in Newburgh, New York, are investigating a Nazi swastika drawn on the campaign sign of Jewish Republican candidate Scott Manley as a hate crime.

Manley, who is running for town supervisor, stated that while he has seen similar incidents reported over the years, he never expected one in his own town.
