African nations eye Gaza stabilization force as Uganda, Burundi send envoys to Israel...

Ugandan and Burundian military officials visited Israel last week to discuss deploying troops to Gaza under the Board of Peace's proposed international security force. Uganda's parliament has already approved a troop contribution to the stabilization effort.

Other African nations are also examining participation in the Gaza security initiative following the envoys' meetings in Israel.
