Protesters disrupted an 'anti-occupation' Oct. 7 vigil in New York, jeering at local politician Zohran Mamdani and accusing him of being insufficiently hostile toward Israel.

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul condemned the incident, stating that Jewish New Yorkers deserve to mourn in peace free from hatred and intimidation and that there is no excuse for the behavior.
