5,000 SIGN OPEN LETTER: ISRAEL DID NOT COMMIT GENOCIDE...

More than 5,000 figures from entertainment, academia, politics, business, literature and public life signed an open letter rejecting the accusation that Israel committed genocide in Gaza.

The letter was released by Creative Community for Peace. Signatories include former UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson, historian Niall Ferguson, psychologist Steven Pinker, former U.S. antisemitism envoy Deborah Lipstadt, former Canadian justice minister Irwin Cotler, media executive Shari Redstone, actress Debra Messing, historian Simon Sebag Montefiore and military expert John Spencer. The letter says Hamas entered the war with genocidal intentions.
