Saudi Arabia is reportedly offering the Houthis $1 billion through an Iran-brokered arrangement to secure a halt to attacks. Diplomatic sources indicate the proposal was advanced during a surprise visit to Iran by Saudi Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman.
