Jibril Zubeidi, a senior Fatah figure from Jenin and brother of former al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades commander Zakaria Zubeidi, was released after being held in administrative detention since 2023.

The release was carried out by Israel's Shin Bet security agency.
