The Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) stated that humanitarian aid provided to Gaza during a recent ceasefire significantly exceeded international requirements, amounting to nearly triple what was necessary.

COGAT attributed the inadequate distribution of this aid to failures on the part of Hamas.
