Harmeet Dhillon, the assistant attorney general for civil rights, urged pro-Israel college students to distinguish between protected speech and actionable discriminatory conduct when facing antisemitism on campus.

She described the latter as people literally interfering with students' ability to get an education and noted a "snowflake culture" among some young people.
