Florida man indicted on federal hate crime and gun charges for planning to target AIPAC office in mass shooting

Forrest Kendall Pemberton has been indicted on federal hate crime and gun charges for allegedly planning a mass shooting at what he believed to be an AIPAC office in South Florida.

Prosecutors claim he had scouted the location and intended to return with concealed firearms.
