The Ministry of Health reported that a rabies-infected calf died in a cowshed in Ma'ale Gamla. Four people exposed to the animal have received preventive treatment.

The ministry urges anyone who contacted the calf or exposed animals between July 17 and 31 to contact the Health Bureau immediately.
