Lebanese military begins takeover of ‘pilot zones’ in villages near IDF security zone...

Lebanese military forces have begun assuming control of pilot zones in villages near the IDF security zone in southern Lebanon.

Israel, Lebanon, and the United States agreed in June that these Lebanese-controlled pilot zones mark the first step toward allowing Israel to progressively redeploy out of Lebanese territory.
