Ofek Adanek, a 24-year-old Israeli singer, has been named as a suspect in a domestic abuse case. Adanek stated that he has never been violent.

Adanek first rose to prominence in 2017 with his song “Boi Buba.” At age 16 he competed in the sixth season of The Next Star for Eurovision.
