The CEO of the Bank of Jerusalem, Yair Kaplan, sent a letter to employees addressing the disappearance of Mali Yahalomi, a bank employee. He stated that aside from her employment, no connection has been found between the incident and the bank.

Kaplan noted that a gag order has been imposed on the case and instructed staff not to share any information about it.
