The Israeli government decided to boycott Supreme Court hearings on petitions against the Arrests and Communications Laws. The decision followed closed-door consultations between ministers, Shas leader Aryeh Deri, and Cabinet Secretary Yossi Fuchs.
The boycott targets legal challenges to the two laws currently before the court.
