A 20-year-old Palestinian from Hebron who was staying illegally in Israel was arrested in Tel Aviv after beachgoers reported that he touched several young girls and a young woman while they swam at Charles Clore Beach.
Police stated that the suspect was detained following interrogation and will be brought to court the same day.
