'Ashkelon Hacker' extradited to US, arraigned before Florida judge

A dual American-Israeli citizen, referred to as the "Ashkelon Hacker," has been extradited to the United States to face charges in Florida.

He is accused of making hoax bomb threats and threats of mass shootings against Jewish Community Centers and preschools in 2017, which are classified as hate crimes.
