A 22-year-old man from Petah Tikva has been indicted for rape after allegedly posing as a Nova festival survivor to approach a woman. Prosecutors state he ignored her objections, forced entry into her apartment, and sexually assaulted her.

The prosecution has requested he remain in custody pending trial.
