Shareholders of Monday. com approved nearly $14 million in compensation packages for co-CEOs Roy Mann and Eran Zinman.

The approvals occurred as the Israeli software company reduced its workforce by 620 positions amid slowing growth and a falling share price. The packages nearly double the prior compensation levels for the executives.
