The Israeli military released a database identifying 170 Palestinians killed during the Gaza war who were at one point members of Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad and other terrorist organizations while also working as media personnel or journalists.

Among them, 17 individuals participated directly in attacks, according to the IDF report.
