Nearly 300 Nova festival survivors, bereaved families and Kesher Yehudi members marked Simchat Torah in Jerusalem three years after the October 7 massacre. The program included prayer, Torah study, hakafot and the dedication of a new Sefer Torah honoring 30 victims.

Hundreds more joined Saturday night's Hakafot Shniyot.
