Noam Shapira appointed director of Israel’s National Public Diplomacy Staff

Noam Shapira has been appointed as the director of Israel’s National Public Diplomacy Staff. He will work under Tzipi Hotovely, the head of the National Public Diplomacy Directorate, bringing his experience as a former IDF officer and public diplomacy strategist to the role.
