Grossinger’s Catskills resort to be redeveloped as year-round destination...

The 1,029-acre former Grossinger’s Catskills resort, which closed in 1986 and inspired the film “Dirty Dancing,” is planned for redevelopment into a year-round destination.

New facilities will include golf, equestrian, hospitality, residential and wellness amenities.
