Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu criticized New York City mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani's anti-Israel statements during a Fox News interview, linking the rhetoric to the recent stabbing of a Jewish individual. He described the remarks as hate speech.

Netanyahu also stated that any Iranian attack on Israel would prompt a very forceful Israeli response.
