Castro teams with Renuar on Anta Israel franchise...

Castro and Renuar have formed a partnership to operate the Anta Israel franchise. Castro will hold 51% of the subsidiary, Renuar 39%, and Israel Chen 10%.

Israel Chen has been appointed CEO of the new entity.
