US District Judge Colleen McMahon ruled that the Palestinian Authority’s public commitment to pay prisoners who commit acts of terrorism can constitute assistance under the Antiterrorism Act.

The decision permits a lawsuit filed by terror victims against the PA and PLO to move forward.
