Chabad mourns: Rabbi Tuvia Blau, 90, passes away...

Rabbi Tuvia Blau, a prominent figure in the Chabad-Lubavitch community, has passed away at the age of 90.

He was the rabbi of the Neve Yaakov community in Jerusalem and played a key role in founding Chabad schools in the city.
