Republican Mike Rogers and Democrat Abdul El-Sayed clashed in a Michigan US Senate debate over affordability, the Iran war, and US support for Israel. El-Sayed said Israel and Iran are both dangerous in their own way and indicated he would not back defensive weapons for Israel if attacked by Iran or another state.
