House passes anti-BDS measure, even as most Democrats voted against it...

The US House of Representatives passed the Protect Economic and Academic Freedom Act by a 237-169 vote. The legislation would strip federal funding from colleges and universities that engage in boycotts of Israel.

Only 33 Democrats supported the bill while the majority of House Democrats opposed it, joined by two Republicans who voted against the measure.
