Roz Rothstein: Simchat Torah, a day of return...

Roz Rothstein, Co-Founder and CEO of StandWithUs, spoke at the “United in Memory & Resilience” October 7 memorial event. She addressed the hostages taken on Simchat Torah 2023 and the living hostages who returned home as the holiday began two years later.

The remarks noted that Hamas had turned Simchat Torah into a day of horror, while Israel later reclaimed the day as one of return.
