Israel extradited an Israeli-Russian citizen to the United States over allegations of stealing approximately 2.8 million US dollars in cryptocurrency.

The suspect is accused of exploiting a security flaw in August 2022 to obtain digital tokens without depositing the required backing assets and converting them to proceeds.
