The Israeli Tourism Ministry is launching a food truck tour across the United States to showcase Israeli cuisine. Led by chef Yossi Shitrit, the tour will make stops in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Texas.

The program promotes Israeli culinary traditions to audiences in the American South.
