Michal Negri gave an interview to the Jerusalem Post calling on Israeli leaders to accept responsibility for the failures of October 7. She stated that officials owe accountability to victims whose homes were attacked, who were murdered or raped, and to every citizen in Israel.

Negri noted that her son had already taken personal responsibility for his role in the events of that day.
