Robert O’Brien, national security advisor during President Trump’s first term, said the U.S. should target Iran’s oil infrastructure, including Kharg Island, to choke off the Iranian economy.

Speaking on a panel at the Aspen conference, O’Brien predicted that President Trump is moving in that direction.
