Airbnb empire built on 250 apartments faces court-appointed receiver request

A bank has requested a court-appointed receiver for the short-term rental business owned by the Rafael family, which operates 250 apartments through Airbnb.

The request comes in response to debts amounting to NIS 5 million, as the bank seeks to enforce liens on the family's rental operations.
