President Donald Trump walked back his prior announcement of a 20% toll on cargo transiting the Strait of Hormuz. The measure will instead be replaced by new trade deals with Gulf states.

Trump made the statement after hosting Iraqi Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi at the White House.
