B'nai Brith Canada reported that several individuals involved in shaping the Canadian Museum for Human Rights Nakba exhibit belong to CPAM, a group that justified the October 7 attacks on Israel.

Members of the same group have accused Israel of stealing organs from dead Palestinians in Gaza, a claim the IHRA has classified as a blood libel.
